About me

From engineering rigour to revenue

I came into CRO from an unusual place. I spent years as an electrical & electronic systems architect at Jaguar Land Rover and McLaren, where a single wrong assumption could cost millions. That discipline of hypothesise, measure, prove is exactly how I approach growth today.

Now I help B2B and B2C brands turn the traffic they already have into revenue, pairing GA4 and behavioural data with real user psychology. Not pretty tests, but tests that move the number that matters.

It comes down to your traffic. If you have the volume to run statistically valid A/B tests, CRO lets us prove each change on your live traffic before it ships. If you have less traffic, a conversion-focused redesign of your key pages reaches the same goal, more conversions, by applying the same research and principles directly instead of waiting on test data. On our first call I'll tell you honestly which fits you best.

You don't need huge traffic to lift conversions. When there isn't enough volume for reliable A/B testing, I use Conversion Design instead: the same research and CRO thinking applied straight to the pages that matter most, so lower-traffic sites still get real, meaningful gains.

That's the point of CRO. Every winning change lifts revenue from traffic you're already paying for, and those gains compound month after month. Most of my clients see a 20 to 30% increase in conversions within 3 to 6 months, which typically covers the investment several times over.
